First exercise: Bend the ring finger and the middle finger to touch the palm. Press lightly. But keep it pressed. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Sit with spine ***, with no support. This is A1.

A2 - is you touch between your eyebrows with the same two fingers, putting and maintaining some pressure. It will give a little pain. You will feel like removing the pressure. But you must tolerate for you to get the benefit.

Close your eyes. Breathe normal breathing. Listen to a healing music CD or just shruti/drone or Om, or a mantra CD.
Early morning and at bed time you do these exercises. Do not support the back. Keep the back straight.

You should not always sit in a relaxed, slouched position. At least for 5-15 minutes do this exercise. First day it will be difficult and a bit uneasy. Continue and do it regularly.

This first exercise of A1 and A2 will give Sinus relief.

Eye, ear, nose, throat, and tongue – all five sense organs get healed. First Sahaja Pranayama/normal deep breathing with pressure.

This is one mudra - A1 just do the hands. Bend the fingers and press the palms. Do with both hands. It is better.
A2 is one mudra where you place the same two middle fingers in the middle of the eyebrows with light pressure. Do not touch the nostrils. It is not that kind of pranayama.

Second Exercise:

Three fingers, index finger, middle finger, and ring finger, you bend, press the palm. Hold down with the thumb. Do not loosen. It is better to do with both hands if you can.

Close your eyes. Breathe. Listen to healing CD or just shruti or a mantra CD.

Early morning and at bed time. Do not support the back. Keep back straight. You may sit on a chair or bed if you choose.

You should not always sit in a relaxed position. At least for 5-15 minutes do this exercise. First day it will be difficult. Uneasy. Continue and do it regularly, not just for one day, two days, two weeks or a month. Keep doing it.

These are new secret techniques. Never taught these before. Write down. Remember. Otherwise you will forget.

It is more effective to do with both hands. If possible do with both hands, if not do just right hand or left hand. Press a little bit. Too much pressure is harmful. No support for the back. Breathe. Don’t forget. You must press here. You must hold. Don’t open the fingers. Keep them bent and touching the palm at least, even if you do not put pressure. Without your knowledge it will become loose. Unknowingly you will release the fingers. You must remain alert. You must not sleep. Maintain the pressure.

The second mudra helps your Muladhara. Pains in the back. There is a joint there which gives pain to sit and get up. Do this

Early morning or before going to bed. Sit straight. It will pain because so many Indian people sit in a slouching position. In mature years and old age there will be lots of problems if you continue to do so.

First day it feels uneasy to sit straight. Do it for ten times. Relax. Do it again. Do not begin to do it in a relaxed position. Then it is useless. It will be like punching the air with your fist. It will not build strength.

One feels uneasy to sit in a sofa or on a computer chair. Car travel feels uneasy. After about an hour the pain will increase. You will get relief, but not in a day or two or a fortnight. You must keep doing this exercise.

Pressure placed in the middle of the eyebrows may give a slight pain. Just endure. Only then the effect is there. Sahaja Pranayama only. It is very important to wash the nostrils with lukewarm water with a little bit of salt. Cup the palm with salt water and inhale.
