Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple

KARYA SIDDHI HANUMAN TEMPLE

Sri Swamiji had consecrated the maginificent 70 feet tall Karya Siddhi Hanuman Statue in 2012 in the precincts of Sri Datta Venkateshwara Temple Complex at Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Ashram, Mysuru. This huge monolithic Hanuman statue is the tallest stone statue of Lord Hanuman in India. The temple has three Hanuman idols representing the three forms of Hanuman as per Ramayana - one being the tall monolithic statue, another for general worship and prayers, and the third idol is "Pancha mukha Hanuman", located in the underground.

After the recent monumental Rajasthan Jaisalmer Stone based renovation and the intricate carvings that are embedded into sculpting on the outer side of the temple, this is one of the most enchanting Hanuman temples in this part of the country. Several visually striking mural art work depicting the Hanuman Chalisa are carved on the innerside walls of the temple. Devotees visiting this sacred temple have the unique opportunity to worship Hanuman by participating in the Poorna Phala Deeksha, which involves tying a whole dry coconut for wish fulfilment.

Poornaphala Deeksha:
To begin the Poornaphala Seva, one must visit the Pooja counter to collect the Poornaphala and proceed to the Hanuman temple. The priests will lead the Sankalpa, a prayer ritual performed before tying the coconut, during which the Sankalpa must be recited as per the priests' instructions. Afterward, it is necessary to circumambulate the temple sixteen times. Throughout the 16-day vrata, on any four selected days, 16 Pradakshinas (circumambulations) must be performed each time. Additionally, the Karyasiddhi Anjaneya mantra must be chanted 108 times daily for the entire duration of the vrata. During this period, it is essential to refrain from consuming non-vegetarian food, alcohol, and smoking. On the 16th day, the coconut must be untied, and the vrata concludes by preparing a sweet dish using the coconut, which is then consumed as Prasadam.

Devotees can also participate in the Archana, Abhisheka, Vada Male Seva, Alankara sevas for Lord Hanuman. Through these practices, devotees seek the divine intervention of Hanuman to fulfill their desires and overcome challenges in day to day life.

Sri Swamiji has established several "Karya Siddhi Hanuman" temples at various Ashrams across India and abroad. Notably, He has also installed an impressive 85-foot Hanuman statue in Trinidad, West Indies, which stands as the tallest statue of an Indian deity in the Western Hemisphere.

Adding technology to the marvel, a laser show synchronizing with the Hanuman Chalisa audio on weekends is an added attraction at Karya Siddhi Hanuman temple. Every Saturday and Sunday, a captivating laser show using 3D Digital Projection Mapping Technology is displayed on the massive monolithic statue of Hanuman, lasting less than 10 minutes. This mesmerizing show attracts hundreds of Hanuman devotees, both young and old, who travel from distant places to witness the spectacle. Admission to the laser show is free.
