Parama Pujya Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji visited Dallas from the 17th to 20th September 2019.
On 17th at 4 PM Pujya Sri Swamiji arrived in Dallas from Seattle.
In the evening, Pujya Sri Swamiji took Darshana of Marakata Karya Siddhi Hanuman and gave Darshana to devotees.
On 18th evening, Pujya Sri Swamiji performed Sri Chakra Puja. Vidwan.Vadali Phani Narayana offered a sonorous music concert on Veena.
Pujya Sri Swamiji spoke and explained the greatness of Manasa Puja and the deeper and satisfying bond a devotee can develop with the almighty and Sadguru. Sri Swamiji also stressed that doing rituals and good deeds will not erase the bad Karma and sins from previoius actions and the good deeds will only help in future. Sri Swamiji blessed all children with chocolates and devotees had the opportunity to come in queue and offer prayers.
On 19th evening, Pujya Sri Swamiji performed Sri Chakra Puja. Hundreds of students who are now undertaking memorisation of entire Bhagavad Gita in the fifth batch sang selected Shlokas from Bhagavad Gita during Sri Chakra Puja. Vidushi Madhavi Attaluri also sang during Puja.
Swami Ramana Swaroopananda from Tiruvannamalai who witnessed Sri Chakra Puja was offered garland and Vastram by KSHT Trustees.
Bhagavad Gita team leader Sri Challa Srikanth and members of Gita Tech team showed to Pujya Sri Swamiji the SGS Gita tutor app being developed for iOS & Android smart phone.
Pujya Sri Swamiji's discourse continued the Manasa Puja theme from yesterday's discourse. Sri Swamiji stressed devotees to adopt to Manasa Puja and have less reliance on physical Puja and physical interactions. Sri Swamiji also abhorred the practice of emptying leaves of sacred trees like Tulasi plants and Bilva trees in the name of Laksha Bilvarchana. Sri Swamiji suggested using only aged and about to fall off leaves.
Pujya Sri Swamiji blessed the donors of Hanuman wings project.
Later, senior citizens led by Smt.Nandini Prakasa Rao made a contribution to the medical programs of Datta Peetham in Mysuru.
Senior members of KSHT, Sri.B.N.Keserinath and Sri.G.Lakshminarayana offered respects to Pujya Sri Swamiji. Dr.Prakasa Rao, Chairman of Datta Yoga Center, USA gave a speech thanking Pujya Sri Swamiji for visiting Dallas as the USA tour concluded.
Dolotsava was performed as Pujya Sri Swamiji sat on a decorated swing and Vidushi.Madhavi Attaluri melodiously sang "Sri Datta Lali" Bhajan and moved the audience to emotion laden tears.
Sri Swamiji again blessed the assembled children with distrubution of chocolates.
On 20th, Pujya Sri Swamiji travelled from Dallas to Houston to Frankfurt and finally to India.
