Pujya Swamiji visits Antarvedi Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple

Antarvedi, an ancient pilgrim centre at the confluence of Godavari and Eastern Sea (Bay of Bengal) was visited on 18th January.

Executive officer and Chairman of the Trust Board along with the Temple scholars and Archakas received Sri Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji.

After offering prayers to Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy, who was invoked by Sage Vasishtha for protection from Demon Rakta Vilochana; Sri Swamiji proceeded to the temple of Rajya Lakshmi temple.

Later the devotees performing Hanuman Chalisa were blessed. In his message, Sri Swamiji likened the Deity in the sanctum to the icon worshipped daily. He narrated the incident how the Idol was retrieved by his father, after a theft.

He further expressed his desire to visit this place in a subsequent Hanuman Chalisa Tour.

In the evening, Sri Swamiji prayed at the Serene confluence and sprinkled water and walked thru the silky sands.
