Sri Swamiji in USA, Sama Gana Raga Sagara, Chicago, 22 - 24 Jul 2011
Pujya Sri Swamiji visited Hari Om Mandir on 22nd July 2011. Celestial Music Troupe performed an outstanding Bhajan session in the evening. Sri Swamiji listened to the Bhajans and gave Anugraha Bhashana.
Sama Gana Raga Sagara – Music concert for Meditation and Healing was performed at the Elgin Community Arts Center on Saturday July 23rd 2011. Over 600 music lovers attended this concert and got drenched in the soul touching and blissful music. George Cook and Melodee Cook were honored before the start of the concert. They work for many charity organizations across the globe. Mr. Michael Lynch a local Bonsai Master graciously contributed with his personal Bonsai trees to decorate the concert stage. Sri Swamiji honored him after the concert with a Garland and praised his dedication and interest in culturing the Bonsai Trees.
Sunday July 24th, Sri Chakra Puja, Ganapati Homa was performed at Balaji Temple, Aurora. Sri Swamiji was received by the main priest and Temple Trustee with Purnakumbha Sri Swamiji visited all the Temple Shrines after performing Purnahuti to the Ganapathy Homa performed by the Temple Priest. During the Sri Chakra Puja, Janani Raman performed Carnatic Music Seva and sang many of Sri Swamiji's compositions in traditional Carnatic style. Raman explained about the "King of the WORLD" book that is schedule to be released in December 2011.
